We
have all felt the grief that results when someone who was
a part of our life is no longer with us. As you know, the
loss of a family member or a friend can be a painful experience
that can be lessened by the support of caring individuals
who take the time to tell you how that person made a difference
in their life. You can help perpetuate the memory of a loved
one by making a gift in his or her memory.
The Foundation for Angel Medical Center offers you a way to
honor someone who has been important to you by posting your
memorial to them for a year or perhaps longer. Family members
who do not live in Franklin can access the memorial from anywhere
in the world.
You can donate online or you can send a check payable to Angel
Medical Center noting Foundation in the memo section
of the check and mail to:

Please be certain to include the name of the person you would
like to memorialize along with the name and address of the
person whom you would like to receive the acknowledgement
